Response time: We usually reply within two to three working days. Bug reports that include the browser you used and the steps to reproduce get answered fastest.
Before you write
- "The tool did not work" — please tell us which browser and which file type. Nine times out of ten that is enough for us to find it.
- "Can you delete my file?" — we never received it, so there is nothing to delete. Clearing your browser tab removes it from memory.
